Connecticut Massachusetts associations of bankers
The Massachusetts Bankers Association (MBA) announced today that the filing of a collective complaint in U.S. District Court in Boston against Framingham, Massachusetts-based TJX Companies Inc., in response to credit and debit card data violation of over 45 million cards possible. The suit will seek damages in the “tens of millions of dollars” and the Connecticut Bankers Association (CBA), the Maine Association of Community Banks (MACB), and different banks, you’re having MBA as co-plaintiff.
